Punjab University announces the schedule for the online classes of the new academic year 2020-2021. The meeting of the admission committee was held in November to discuss and review the situation of the coronavirus and to propose the plan of the classes of the new admission. According to the university officials, the classes will be commenced on 14th December 2020. All the students are required to follow the announced schedule by the affiliated authorities. This year the classes of the new session got delayed due to the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
However, the students would also not be able to take classes traditionally. They attend online lectures via the Zoom app. But now the courses in the traditional way will start from 14th December 2020 as per schedule. In addition to that, Punjab University recently issued a list of those students who fulfill e criteria and successfully got selected in PU university. One of the prestigious universities, Punjab University, has announced the class schedule of various degree programs. The details are as under.

- MA/MSc or equivalent Programs (Morning & Self-Supporting) Semester/Annual
PU Online Classes For Students 2021
In the wake of the second wave of the pandemic the government has closed all the educational institutes across the country and directed the students to take the online classes according to the notified schedule. So the students enrolled in the various degree programs at the Punjab University are attending the online classes as per the announced policy. The lectures and the course material are emailed to the students so that they can learn in a better way. The online classes for the bachelors and masters will continue till 24th December 2020. From 25th December the university will announce the winter vacations till 10th January 2021. However, the students of the M.Phil and Ph.D. are allowed to visit the campus to complete their research work and thesis. Moreover, the faculty members and the visiting teachers are on duty on the campus.
